Most package sites are delivered in 2–4 weeks from kick-off. Larger custom builds take 4–8 weeks, depending on complexity and how ready your content is.

For most small business projects, I handle everything: design, development, copywriting guidance, SEO, hosting setup and launch. If you need something outside that, like custom photography, I'll tell you upfront.

Yes, if the code is reasonably clean. If the site runs on an outdated theme or has security issues, rebuilding it properly is often more cost-effective. I'll give you an honest assessment upfront.

Yes. I offer managed hosting on PHAS, my Australian hosting company, with servers in Melbourne. It includes SSL certificates, uptime monitoring and software updates. Daily off-site backups are a $9/month add-on.

Yes. I design every website I build, and can help with basic logo design and branding for new businesses, or a visual refresh for an established brand.

No. Most of my work is for Tasmanian businesses, but I work remotely with clients anywhere in Australia. I know the local market and what makes a business credible to a Tasmanian audience.

It will have the right foundations. Every site I build includes technical SEO: proper structure, meta tags, schema markup, fast load times and Core Web Vitals compliance. Ranking growth then depends on content and backlinks over time, which I can help with separately.

Monthly maintenance plans cover small content updates, security patches and backups. Larger additions are scoped as a new phase of work at an agreed price. Most clients stay on a plan, which also keeps me across their site.

Yes. All prices on this page include GST, and you'll receive a tax invoice for your records.

No. Hosting is a separate monthly cost through PHAS (see the hosting plans above). I'll set it all up for you and can manage it as part of a maintenance plan.

A 50% deposit secures your start date, and the remaining 50% is due when the site is ready to launch. Hourly work is invoiced on completion, with 7-day payment terms.

Yes. If you start on Starter and later need a blog, more pages or other features, I'll scope and price the additions.

For larger projects, yes. I can split payments beyond the standard 50% deposit and 50% on launch. Get in touch to discuss.
