Every package is clearly scoped and agreed in writing before work begins.
A lot of Tasmanian businesses have had bad experiences with web design pricing: quoted one thing, invoiced another, or handed a bill for "ongoing fees" that were never mentioned upfront. I don't work that way.
The Starter package covers what a small business needs to look professional online: a custom-designed, mobile-optimised site with SEO setup and a month of support. The Business and Premium packages add more pages, more features, and more customisation, for businesses that need more complex functionality.

Every website I build comes with hosting setup, SSL, Google Analytics, and video walkthroughs so you can manage your own content. I don't lock you into platforms or charge for basic updates. You own your website, and I'm available when you need help.

Are your prices fixed?
Yes. Package prices are fixed and agreed in writing before any work begins. The price only changes if you ask for work outside the agreed scope, and we agree that cost separately before I start.
What if I need more than a package includes?
Packages are a starting point, not a ceiling. Extras like more pages, custom integrations or copywriting are quoted separately and clearly before any work starts.
Is GST included in the prices shown?
Yes. All prices on this page include GST, and you'll receive a tax invoice for your records.
Is hosting included in the website packages?
No. Hosting is a separate monthly cost through PHAS (see the hosting plans above). I'll set it all up for you and can manage it as part of a maintenance plan.
What are the payment terms?
A 50% deposit secures your start date, and the remaining 50% is due when the site is ready to launch. Hourly work is invoiced on completion, with 7-day payment terms.
Can I upgrade from one package to another later?
Yes. If you start on Starter and later need a blog, more pages or other features, I'll scope and price the additions.
Do you offer payment plans?
For larger projects, yes. I can split payments beyond the standard 50% deposit and 50% on launch. Get in touch to discuss.
Do you work with clients outside of Tasmania?
Yes. I'm based in Burnie but work with clients across Australia, remotely by email and video call.
