A lot of Tasmanian businesses have had bad experiences with web design pricing — quoted one thing, invoiced another, or handed a bill for "ongoing fees" that were never mentioned upfront. I do things differently. Every package is fixed-price, clearly scoped, and agreed in writing before any work begins.
The Starter package covers everything a small business needs to get a professional online presence: a custom-designed site, mobile-optimised, with SEO setup and a month of support included. The Business and Premium packages expand on that with more pages, more features, and a higher level of customisation — suited to businesses that need more complex functionality or a stronger digital foundation.

Every website I build — regardless of package — comes with fast hosting, SSL security, Google Analytics setup, and a proper handover so you can manage your own content. I don't lock you into platforms or charge for basic updates. You own your website, and I'm available when you need help.

Are the prices fixed, or can they change?
Yes — all package prices are fixed and agreed in writing before any work begins. You will never receive a surprise invoice. The only time a price changes is if you request additional work that falls outside the original scope, which we agree on separately before proceeding.
What if my project needs more than what is in a package?
Packages are a starting point, not a ceiling. If your project needs something extra — additional pages, custom integrations, copywriting — I'll quote those additions separately and clearly before proceeding.
Is GST included in the prices shown?
All prices shown on this page are inclusive of GST. You will receive a proper tax invoice for your records.
Is hosting included in the website packages?
Hosting is not included in the one-time build price — it is a separate ongoing cost through PHAS. I will set it all up for you and can manage it as part of a maintenance plan. See the hosting plans section for pricing.
What are the payment terms?
Projects are split into two payments: a 50% deposit to secure your start date, and the remaining 50% when the site is ready to launch. For hourly work, invoices are issued on completion with 7-day payment terms.
Can I upgrade from one package to another later?
Yes. If you start with the Starter package and later need blog functionality, extra pages, or other features, we can scope and price those additions. You are never locked in.
Do you offer payment plans?
For larger projects I can arrange a split payment schedule beyond the standard structure. Get in touch to discuss — I'm flexible for the right project.
Do you work with clients outside of Tasmania?
Yes. While I'm based in Burnie and love working with local Tasmanian businesses, I work with clients across Australia. Everything is handled remotely via email and video call — no travel required.
