PHAS needed a brand and website that could stand beside established hosting providers — and a backend complex enough to run the business.
PHAS provides web hosting and digital infrastructure to Tasmanian businesses — a technical product in a market where trust and clarity matter as much as the spec sheet. The project started at zero: no brand, no website, no existing digital identity. Everything needed to be built from the ground up, from logo to live site.
The brand identity was designed to position PHAS as a credible, professional option in a space dominated by large national providers. The visual language is clean and direct — no gimmicks, no stock-photo data centres. The goal was something that felt like it belonged alongside the best in the category, not a local workaround.
The site itself was built on Craft CMS and is considerably more technically involved than a typical brochure build. Automated billing and client account management run through custom API integrations — clients can manage their own services, pay invoices, and access their account details without manual intervention. Despite the complexity under the hood, the front end achieves a perfect 100 PageSpeed score.
