The brief covered both: move the website to a managed WordPress build, and bring email and files onto Google Workspace.

The Project
A growing clinic, off Squarespace and onto proper infrastructure.
Cocoon Paediatrics needed a managed website, proper email and file hosting, and infrastructure that wouldn't need babysitting.
Squarespace had been a reasonable starting point for Cocoon Paediatrics: fast to launch, no developer required. As the practice grew, its limits became a daily friction, and email and files were handled in a separate, ad-hoc way.
The website moved to WordPress with a custom theme: same content, refreshed design, and an editing workflow the team can use. It's hosted in Australia on PHAS, so pages load quickly for local visitors, with the reliability and support a healthcare business needs.
I also set up Google Workspace across the team: email at the practice's own domain, shared drives for clinical documentation, and calendars and video meetings in one suite. DNS and email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) were configured so messages land in patients' inboxes, not spam folders.
